El Parkour es el arte del desplazamiento superando obstáculos y dificultades en el camino, tanto físicos como mentales. Puede hacerse en paisajes rurales o en el campo. En nuestra Liga se trabaja en un ambiente seguro, con cubos, barras, colchonetas y elementos que no implican un riesgo para los usuarios pero donde pueden desarrollar todas las habilidades de un atleta de Parkour y ponerlas en práctica en cualquier tipo de superficie.
